Our Community Giving Manifesto
SMA Home Services is a San Miguel company. The work exists because this city made it possible — its craftsmen, its history, its neighborhoods. These are the commitments we hold ourselves to, and the projects we put them into.
Every peso we commit stays in San Miguel de Allende — the murals on our arroyos, the music in our temples, the families in our neighborhoods. We do not sponsor from a distance.
Fair wages, safe sites, and honest treatment for every mason, carpenter, electrician, and artisan on our projects. Craft is not a cost line — it is our reputation.
Water, above all. We build with systems that use less, waste less, and last longer, because a beautiful home in a dry city is no achievement if it drains the well.
A concert inside a 400-year-old temple keeps that temple alive as surely as its roof does. We sponsor the arts because they are what holds this city together.
Every sponsorship is named, photographed, and published — here and in Atención San Miguel. Giving that cannot be verified is marketing, not responsibility.

Arts & Culture Sponsorship
SMA Home Services was honored to sponsor the FASMA '26 performance of Beethoven's Ninth Symphony at the Templo de San Francisco — more than 150 musicians on stage between choir and orchestra, and the first time this masterwork had been performed in San Miguel de Allende in over 50 years.
Under artistic director Mauro Ledesma, the evening brought together the Coro Pro Música de Ciudad de México, the Coro Filarmónico de San Miguel de Allende, and Chorale San Miguel, joined by the Orquesta Juvenil Pro Música and four soloists.

Architect Gustavo Jiménez sponsors the Las Cachinches Arroyo Mural Corridor, a community project transforming a once-overlooked historic waterway into a vibrant public destination — an open-air gallery where art, nature, history, and community come together.
The project celebrates the ecological and cultural importance of the Las Cachinches Arroyo while supporting local artists, encouraging environmental stewardship, and creating an outdoor learning space for residents and visitors alike.
