Can I watch my cameras from outside Mexico?
Yes. Every system we install includes remote live view and alerts on your phone, set up in English. As long as the home has internet — Starlink or local fiber — you can check the property from anywhere in the world.
Do I have to pay a monthly monitoring fee?
No. We install systems with local recording (NVR/DVR), so your footage stays on-site and you own it — no forced cloud subscription. If you want professional monitoring or cloud backup, we can set that up, but it is your choice, not a requirement.
Will cameras and sensors work through thick colonial walls?
Honestly, wireless gear struggles through 30–60cm cantera and stone walls. That is why we plan cabling and Wi-Fi coverage as part of the job — wired cameras where it matters, mesh and repeaters where wireless makes sense. We design for your actual walls, not a generic floor plan.
What happens during a power outage?
We add battery backup so your cameras and alarm keep recording and alerting through an outage. For longer cuts, the system pairs cleanly with a whole-house generator or solar so security never goes dark.
Can you give my cleaner or property manager access without a key?
Yes. With smart locks and keypads we can issue individual codes or app access for your cleaner, gardener, or manager — and you can revoke any of them instantly from your phone, plus see a log of who came and went.
Do you install in Centro Histórico?
Yes. Centro installs require extra discretion because of INAH visual rules. We place cameras and run cabling to cover the property without altering the facade or drawing attention from the street.
Can you upgrade or fix a system another company installed?
Often, yes. Send us a photo of what you have on WhatsApp. We can add cameras, fix bad cabling, replace failing gear, or migrate everything onto one app you can actually use.
How long does a security installation take?
A typical home is one to two days depending on the number of cameras, sensors, and the cabling routes. Larger properties or full access-control systems can take longer. We give you an exact timeline in the written quote.
